Shipping
We ship to Europe and the US. The courier company we usually work with for shipments to Spain is Correos Express and to the rest of Europe and USA is Correos.
Orders are prepared within 48 – 72 business hours from the date of order confirmation. This period of time may vary during the season of special promotions and sales.
You can enjoy free shipping for purchases over €150.
You will be able to see the total cost of your shipment on the Checkout page.
No shipments are made to PO boxes.
When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a link and the tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at any time. In case of absence, the courier or transport company will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Returns
We send an email requesting the return to info@saladelafont.com within a period of 15 business days from receipt of the order. Please attach the number of your order in the email so that it is easier for us to locate it and the reason why you want to return the product.
The customer must be responsible for the shipment and the package with which to return the product. We recommend that you use the original packaging so that we receive the product in perfect condition or, if you do not keep it, in a similar packaging so that it is stored correctly.

Until we receive the product to our study, the product and its shipment is the responsibility of the customer. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Only in clear cases that the product has been received in poor condition will Saladelafont assume the cost of sending the change or return.
Once we receive the product and if the return is approved, we will refund the amount of the returned product to the same account with which the payment was made.
Return shipments that do not have shipping charges paid will not be accepted.
In the case of special promotions, when shipping is free, the customer must bear the cost of return shipping.
If, exceptionally, an erroneous order is received or the order contains a product in poor condition, please contact us at info@saladelafont.com. We will agree on a collection of the order/product to be returned and Saladelafont will assume the shipping and return costs.
