Once we receive the order confirmation and confirm that the order has been paid correctly, we will prepare your order within 48 – 72 hours.
If you think your order is taking longer than usual to be shipped, you can contact us at info@saladelafont.com.

Orders that have been prepared and shipped cannot be cancelled. If you have any questions or queries, you can write to us at info@saladelafont.com.

You can check the status of your order at any time with the tracking number of your order that we will send you by email.

If this problem occurs exceptionally, contact us by writing to info@saladelafont.com and we will help you.

At the moment, we only ship to Europe and USA.

Once you complete your order, a success message will appear on the screen with your order number. In addition, you will receive an email to the email with which you have registered with the confirmation and details of your purchase.

You can remove the items you want from your order, during the purchase process, in the cart. Once you have made your purchase, if you want to modify it, contact us through info@saladelafont.com if it has not yet been sent, we can help you.

  • If I have received the order in poor condition.

The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it.

In all cases, it is essential that the products are in perfect condition and without signs of having been used. Otherwise, no change or refund will be made. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the appropriate packaging so that the item to be returned reaches us in good condition.
In case of receiving a product in poor condition, we will not be able to accept the product or proceed with the return or exchange. The time period to exchange or return an item is 15 business days.

Personalized earrings and items are not subject to returns.

Many of our products are limited editions and will no longer be available. Products that are not restocked can be removed from the web.
However, some timeless products will be restocked. The products that may be available again will have a “Coming Soon” button and you can leave us your email so that we can send you a notice when they are available again.
